Programme Administrator – Azure Cloud Migration

Location: Dublin

Travel: Reading on occasion

Duration: Initial 6 Months

Contract Type: Day Rate

We’re looking for a highly organised Programme Administrator to support a major Azure cloud migration and modernisation programme. You’ll provide essential coordination, documentation, and governance support across multiple technical workstreams, helping the project run smoothly in a fast‑paced transformation environment.

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate meetings, workshops, stand‑ups, and cross‑team activities
• Maintain project documentation: RAID logs, minutes, change records, and artefact libraries
• Track milestones, dependencies, and deliverables across migration workstreams
• Prepare dashboards and status updates for PMO and senior stakeholders
• Support financial admin: POs, timesheets, vendor billing
• Ensure compliance with project governance and Azure cloud standards
• Act as a liaison between technical teams, business units, and external suppliers
• Manage collaboration tools (Azure DevOps, Confluence, SharePoint, Teams)

What You’ll Bring

• 3+ years’ experience in project support, coordination, or administration
• Experience in IT or cloud‑related projects (Azure exposure ideal)
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Understanding of project lifecycle, governance, and change control
• Proficiency with MS Office, SharePoint, and project tools (Jira, MS Project, ADO)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills

Nice to have:

• PRINCE2 Foundation, AgilePM, or Azure Fundamentals
