Job Description:

You will join our eCommerce team, managing digital transformation and platform optimization projects in an international context.

Your Missions:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to manage global eCommerce projects
• Perform analysis to improve existing eCommerce processes and systems
• Manage resources and tasks to meet project objectives
• Monitor progress, communicate updates, and mitigate risks
• Oversee budget and resource forecasting for eCommerce initiatives
• Ensure security and compliance requirements are considered in solution design
• Support the deployment and training of end users and support teams
• Identify gaps in existing functionalities and propose improvements

Your Profile:

• 5-7 years of experience as an IT Project Manager working in international eCommerce projects
• Experience with budget and resource forecasting
• Familiarity working with technical teams and knowledge of technical topics (DevOps, Cloud, Cybersecurity)
• Experience managing complex global projects with multiple stakeholders
• Experience working with Agile Methodologies such as Scrum
• English fluent as you will be working in an international and multicultural environment and English is the day-to-day language
• Certification in project management (e.g. PMP, Prince2, SCRUM, Agile) is a plus
• Italian fluent
• Experience with virtual teams and hybrid environments is a plus
• You demonstrate strong communication skills

• You demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• You demonstrate adaptability in multicultural environments
