B2B Marketing Project Manager

Join our Marketing team to take the lead in shaping and executing impactful B2B marketing initiatives in Lithuania and across the Baltics!

About the role

You will drive B2B marketing strategy and campaigns that support reaching our Commercial, Broker, and Partner business goals. From planning to execution and analysis, you’ll ensure marketing activities deliver measurable sales results and strengthen our brand.

You will be responsible for

• Developing and implementing B2B marketing and communication strategies.
• Planning and executing campaigns across Baltic markets with focus on Lithuania.
• Setting campaign goals, track performance, and share insights.
• Managing collaboration with creative and media agencies.
• Planning media and exploring new channels to improve campaign effectiveness.
• Organizing events for clients, brokers, and partners.
• Creating marketing and sales support materials (presentations, emails, invitations, etc.).
• Coordinating marketing research and customer insights.

What do we expect from you?

• Proven experience in B2B marketing or corporate communication.
• Strong project management and strategic thinking skills.
• Hands-on experience with campaigns, events, and stakeholder coordination.
• Proactive mindset with high level of initiative.
• Solid understanding of marketing analytics, sales funnel performance and conversions.
• Fluent in Lithuanian and very good English language skills.
