Senior Project Manager - Strategic Communications

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Project Manager - Strategic Communications to lead the design, implementation, and oversight of complex communication initiatives. This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful delivery of high-impact projects. You will operate at the intersection of strategy, project management, and stakeholder engagement, driving excellence across a portfolio of initiatives while fostering collaboration and innovation across multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead the planning and delivery of strategic communication projects, from concept to completion ;

* Develop and implement project management frameworks, tools, and methodologies tailored to dissemination project needs ;

* Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment ;

* Monitor project progress, timelines, and performance, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes ;

* Manage resources, risks, and deliverables, maintaining efficiency and project integrity ;

* Provide regular reporting and strategic updates to senior management and stakeholders ;

* Drive portfolio planning and continuous improvement, aligning projects according to priorities

Qualifications & Experience

* Holding a Degree in International Relations & Organisations, Project Management, Political Sciences or Communication ;

* Proven experience of at least 8 years in senior project or program management roles, ideally within communications ;

* Strong expertise in project management methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP, Agile or hybrid approaches) ;

* Demonstrated experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects and portfolios ;

* Excellent analytical skills, with experience in monitoring, evaluation, and reporting ;

* Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders ;

* Experience in risk management, quality assurance, and compliance frameworks ;

* Having a proficiency level in English (C1/C2) is mandatory, any other language will be

considered as an asset
