IT Delivery Manager – Senior Consultant

Time & Materials Engagement

About The Role

We are looking for an IT Delivery Manager with a technical background in Application Development and DevOps, combined with strong Project and Service Management experience. The ideal candidate has a proven track record working with Jira and EasyVista, and is comfortable bridging the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead IT projects, technical initiatives, and IT service management (order ticketing) using Jira and EasyVista, ensuring delivery within agreed timelines and service levels (SLAs).
  • Work closely with the Modern Apps & Platform Engineering team to ensure the timely, successful delivery of technical outcomes.
  • Coordinate the delivery of technology solutions, safeguarding quality, deadlines, and budgets.
  • Identify process and system inefficiencies and apply effective technological solutions.
  • Act as a bridge between technical teams and different business areas, ensuring IT effectively supports business processes.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT project and service management, with hands-on use of Jira and EasyVista.
  • Proven ability to lead and guide technical teams and resolve complex problems efficiently.
  • Strong analytical skills applied to systems and processes, with a focus on identifying issues and implementing solutions.
  • Experience working across different business areas, with a solid understanding of how IT supports business processes.
  • Technical proficiency and background — able to engage credibly with engineering teams while managing projects and services.

Nice to Have

  • Certifications in relevant areas are considered a strong differentiator (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL, Scrum Master, or similar).

Other Details

Fluent in Portuguese and English required. This is a time-and-materials engagement.
