Role Summary

Lead a large-scale global network hardware Life Cycle Management (LCM) activity. You will have end-to-end responsibility for replacing routers, switches, and surrounding solutions across a significant part of a global IT landscape, ensuring minimal disruption and alignment with technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Planning & Definition: Define scope, objectives, delivery plans, and milestones for global hardware replacement and regional rollout plans.
• Stakeholder & Change Management: Manage global/local stakeholders and coordinate cross-functional teams and external vendors.
• Execution: Drive the replacement of network hardware ensuring delivery meets quality standards and technical requirements.
• Budget & Resource Management: Plan and secure internal/external resources and optimize utilization with technical leads and suppliers.
• Value Monitoring & Reporting: Track KPIs, risks, and progress; report status to steering groups and deliver post-project documentation.
• Leadership & Collaboration: Lead multicultural project teams with clarity and communicate complex technical topics effectively.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Senior Infrastructure Leadership: Confident project leader capable of simplifying complexity and creating structure.
• Network Expertise: Deep experience in network-related initiatives (routers, switches, and infrastructure solutions).
• Global Project Management: Proven track record leading large-scale, international hardware replacement programs.
• Strategic Execution: Ability to manage risks, dependencies, and escalations in complex environments.
• Communication: Strong ability to align technical teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors.
