IT Field Engineer

🚨 We Are Hiring – Field Engineers Across Sweden 🇸🇪


We are currently looking for experienced Field Engineers to provide break-fix IT support services for our client across multiple locations in Sweden.

⚠️ Please note: This is NOT a permanent or full-time role.
This is an on-demand / freelance engagement where engineers will be contacted as service requests arise.

📍 Locations:
We require engineers throughout Sweden, including major and remote locations.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:
• Perform break-fix support for IT hardware including workstations, servers, and network devices
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and networking issues
• Respond to service requests on short notice and travel to client sites when required
• Coordinate with internal IT teams and vendors for timely issue resolution
• Maintain proper documentation of tasks performed and resolutions provided

✅ Requirements:
• Previous experience as a Field Engineer / IT Support Technician
• Hands-on experience with hardware, software, and network troubleshooting
• Ability to work independently on break-fix tasks
• Flexible availability for on-call service requests
• Good communication skills in English (Swedish is a plus)
