We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced PHP Developer to join our Tahsildar growing team. In this role, you will contribute to end-to-end product delivery (backend + basic frontend) by developing high-performance web applications and APIs, as part of a modern CI/CD and container-focused team.

Experience & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Advanced knowledge of PHP (OOP, MVC; experience with Laravel, Symfony, or custom MVC).
• Databases: PostgreSQL and/or MySQL (indexing, explain plans, migration management).
• Containers: Proficiency with Docker or similar technologies.
• Messaging & Caching: Knowledge/experience with Redis, RabbitMQ.
• CI/CD: Familiarity with Git-based workflows; GitHub Actions/GitLab CI or similar tools.
• Version control & quality: Git, code review, unit testing (PHPUnit), OWASP awareness.
• Full-stack contribution: HTML/CSS/JS and basic proficiency in at least one modern JS framework.
• Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.

The PHP Developer is expected to:

• Develop new services with PHP 8.x; improve and maintain existing code.
• Write clean, testable code using OOP/MVC principles.
• Design, document, and integrate RESTful APIs.
• Schema design and query optimization on PostgreSQL/MySQL.
• Manage local development and production environments with Docker/Compose.
• Build scalable architectures using Redis (cache/sessions) and RabbitMQ (queue/async processes).
• Operate and improve CI/CD pipelines (build, test, deploy).
• (Full-stack) Basic frontend development: HTML/CSS/JS and preferably React/Vue for small/medium-scale screens.
