Job Description

We are looking for LLM/NLP Researchers or Engineers. You will work on advance Reasoning, Retrieval, Knowledge Graphs, SFT, PPO, Hallucination Avoidance and many more state of the art topics and research areas.

We are a product-oriented company and our products such as ChatBoss are currently used by many institutions. We have now entered the international markets. You will develop technologies that compete in the international markets. Hence, we offer highly competitive salary packages.

Skills & Requirements

• Minimum BS Degree in Software/Computer/Electrical&Electronics Engineering.
• Solid experience in implementing software solutions in enterprise Linux or Unix environments.
• Hands-on experience with Machine Learning / Deep Learning projects and production AI systems.
• Experience with NLP frameworks, transformer architectures, seq-to-seq models, Large Language Models (LLMs), and agentic AI systems.
• Experience with open-source LLMs, RAG architectures, vector databases, and Knowledge Graphs is a strong plus.
• Experience in reasoning-focused LLM systems, hallucination mitigation, evaluation pipelines, prompt engineering, tool-calling, and AI -orchestration frameworks is a plus.
• Experience with MLOps / LLMOps practices, model monitoring, observability, and scalable AI deployment architectures is a plus.
• Candidates are expected to closely follow the latest international research and developments in LLMs and Generative AI systems.
• Knowledge of Agile software development methodologies is a plus.
