You will:


  • Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify trends and patterns within large datasets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
  • Collaborate with engineers and product managers to integrate machine learning solutions into the platform evaluating weigh cost and value.
  • Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders through visualizations, reports, and presentations.
  • Utilize data visualization techniques to communicate insights and findings to stakeholders.
  • Own end-to-end machine learning models development from ideation to production deployment and monitor to improve our recommendation, matching, pricing and security related algorithms.
  • Explore new ML technologies and business solutions.
  • Design and implement data pipelines for data collection, preprocessing, and feature engineering.
  • Evaluate model performance and make recommendations for model improvements.
  • Design experiments and A/B tests to evaluate the effectiveness of algorithmic changes.


You have:


  • Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • 4-7 years of experience in data analysis, machine learning, or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in programming languages in Python, SQL.
  • Experience with data manipulation and analysis libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib).
  • Solid understanding of statistical concepts, machine learning algorithms and deep neural networks.
  • Proven experience in building from development to production advanced predictive models and working with large datasets in real- world business scenarios
  • Proven experience with cloud computing platforms, particularly AWS (Amazon Web Services)
  • Experience with MLOps processes: Model versioning, Git version control, Docker.
  • Hands on experience in Generative AI, prompt engineering, RAG, and fine-tuning is a plus
  • Previous experience with recommendation, matching or pricing systems is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders through compelling storytelling and presentations.
  • Enthusiasm and curiosity for exploring and implementing newly emerged AI technologies, frameworks, and methodologies.
