Human Resources Specialist

We are looking for a Human Resources Specialist for our client. Our client is a leading company in the chemical industry.

The Human Resources Specialist will support talent acquisition, organizational development, performance management, employee engagement, and culture initiatives in line with the company’s talent management strategies. The role will also contribute to employee development, process improvement, and HR projects aimed at enhancing organizational effectiveness and employee experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for open positions,
• Conduct candidate sourcing, interviews, evaluations, and offer processes,
• Support organizational development and restructuring projects,
• Maintain job descriptions and organizational charts,
• Support performance management and employee development processes,
• Analyze training and development needs,
• Contribute to employee engagement and internal communication initiatives,
• Support company culture and onboarding activities,
• Identify process improvement opportunities and support HR digitalization projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields,
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources functions,
• English proficiency at a minimum B2 level,
• Good command of MS Office programs,
• Preferably experienced in Excel reporting, pivot tables, data analysis, and data visualization,
• Strong communication, planning, and organizational skills,
• Analytical, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset,
• Strong team player with effective interpersonal skills,
• Detail-oriented with a high level of confidentiality and ethical awareness.
