Role Summary

UI/UX Design Intern (Unpaid Internship)

We are looking for a UI UX Design Intern who wants hands on experience working on real products.

This internship is for someone who wants to learn fast, build a strong portfolio, and contribute to live projects.

You will work closely with founders, developers, and product leads and see how design decisions are made and shipped in practice.

Responsibilities

• Assist in designing user flows, wireframes, and UI components
• Support the creation of prototypes and design concepts in Figma
• Help improve usability and visual consistency across products
• Collaborate with developers to understand how designs are implemented
• Apply feedback quickly and iterate on designs
• Contribute to design systems and basic UX documentation

What you will learn

• How real product and UX decisions are made in a startup environment
• How to work with developers and ship designs into production
• How to build portfolio ready case studies from real projects

Requirements

• Interest in UI UX design and product thinking
• Basic experience with Figma or similar tools
• Willingness to learn, take feedback, and improve fast
• Good communication skills in English and or Norwegian
