Job summary:
To facilitate Agile practices and improve team efficiency in project delivery. This role ensures that Agile processes are understood and followed, resolves impediments, and maintains productive team dynamics to achieve project goals effectively and on time.
General Responsibilities:
- Policy, Procedures, Process and Systems
- Ensure the compliance of organization’s policy, systems, processes, procedures, and controls in line with group delegation of authority policy so that all relevant procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering a quality, cost-effective service in a consistent manner.
- Reporting
- Ensure that all reports are completed timely and comply with the business policies and standards.
- Manage the preparation of periodical management reports and progress reports to keep the business senior management informed about the progress of various initiatives and to facilitate decision-making.
- Comply with organization’s requirements in a timely manner.
Job Specific Responsibilities:
- Facilitate all aspects of the scrum framework, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring full team engagement.
- Act as a servant leader and coach to the Agile team, promoting accountability and rigor in the application of scrum principles.
- Identify and actively remove impediments to the team’s progress, whether internal or external, to maintain workflow efficiency.
- Foster an environment of open communication and problem-solving, encouraging team members to voice concerns and propose solutions.
- Monitor project timelines and manage scrum artifacts, including sprint backlogs and burndown charts, to ensure transparency and visibility.
- Enhance team dynamics by mediating conflicts and facilitating constructive discussions to drive project momentum.
- Collaborate closely with product owners to ensure that the product backlog is well-maintained and prioritized according to business value.
- Lead and support the team in its efforts to continuously improve processes, advocating for changes that increase productivity and quality.
HSE, Security, and Risk Protocols:

Essential Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or equivalent
- 6 years of relevant working experience
Desired Requirements
- Master’s degree in Information Technology or equivalent
- 9 years of relevant working experience
