Role Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Network Engineer with strong experience in ANPR, ELV, CCTV, and Parking Management Systems to join our growing team in Dubai. The candidate will be responsible for the design, implementation, integration, commissioning, and support of enterprise-grade security, surveillance, and smart parking solutions across multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and maintain network infrastructure for ANPR, CCTV, ELV, and parking systems
• Install and support IP cameras, NVRs, VMS platforms, parking barriers, ticketing systems, access control, and intercom solutions
• Configure switches, routers, firewalls, VLANs, VPNs, and fiber optic networks
• Perform troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and system performance optimization
• Support integration between surveillance, parking, and access control systems
• Prepare technical documentation, network diagrams, and project reports
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and project teams during implementation and commissioning

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electronics, IT, or related field
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in networking and ELV/security systems
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, routing, switching, VLANs, firewall configuration, and structured cabling
• Hands-on experience with ANPR systems, IP CCTV, parking management systems, and ELV infrastructure
• Experience with Cisco, Fortinet, Aruba, Hikvision, Dahua, or similar technologies
• CCNA/CCNP certification preferred

Preferred Skills

• Experience in smart city, ITS, transportation, or government projects
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and project coordination skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple sites/projects
• UAE driving license is an advantage
