Price & Offering Business Analyst

Recharge
Norway · Full-time · Associate

Job description

At Recharge, pricing and offerings are not just numbers, they are powerful tools to create value for customers, support sustainable growth, and enable better decisions across the business. As a Price & Offering Business Analyst, you will play a meaningful role in shaping how our products are priced, bundled, positioned, and continuously improved.

You will be joining a company operating in a dynamic and evolving market, where growth and ongoing transformation shape the industry. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who enjoys working with data, collaborating across teams, and turning analysis into insights that truly make a difference.

Key responsibilities

You will work closely with colleagues in Commercial, Sales, Product and Finance to support better pricing and offering decisions through structured analysis and clear insights.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Monitoring and evaluating price performance across segments (B2B/B2C, geographies, and use cases) and identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Building business cases for new offerings, pricing initiatives, and campaigns, including financial impact, risks, and success criteria
  • Following up on implemented initiatives and comparing actual results with assumptions, learning and adjusting along the way
  • Conducting both recurring and ad‑hoc analyses of price structures, strategies, and campaigns to improve profitability, competitiveness, and customer value
  • Performing deep‑dive analyses on revenue, margins, utilisation, and customer behaviour to support data‑driven decision‑making
  • Contributing to the development and refinement of Recharge’s pricing and offering framework in close collaboration with cross‑functional teams
  • Supporting scalable reporting, dashboards, and analytical tools that increase transparency and enable faster, better decisions
  • Acting as a trusted sparring partner for commercial teams by translating complex data into clear, practical insights and recommendations

Success factors

  • A Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience, which may include internships, graduate roles, or early career positions within pricing, commercial analysis, strategy, or analytics
  • A strong analytical mindset and a genuine curiosity about what drives value, profitability, and customer behaviour
  • Enjoys working with data to understand patterns and root causes — not just producing reports
  • Experience with analytical tools such as Excel, SQL, or BI tools, and an interest in using automation and AI to improve insights over time
  • A structured thinker who can turn complex analyses into clear conclusions and compelling stories
  • Comfortable collaborating across functions, asking questions, and challenging assumptions in a constructive way
  • Commercially minded, with an understanding of pricing, value propositions, and the balance between growth and profitability
  • Curious, proactive, and motivated by learning and continuous improvement
