Job Title: Product Designer (AI/UX/UI)

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Product Designer to drive feature-level design within a cross-functional product team. This role involves designing intuitive, scalable, and high-quality user experiences across web, mobile, and desktop platforms, with a strong focus on AI-driven interactions.

You will collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers to deliver thoughtful, user-centered solutions while contributing to design strategy and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end product experiences from concept to delivery across mobile, web, and desktop platforms
• Create and evaluate multiple design solutions, clearly articulating trade-offs
• Work on AI-powered features, ensuring clarity, usability, and user trust
• Collaborate closely with PMs and engineers to align design direction and execution
• Leverage user research, data, and feedback to drive design decisions
• Deliver high-quality designs aligned with design systems and accessibility standards
• Identify dependencies and contribute to sprint planning and roadmap discussions
• Present design concepts effectively and incorporate stakeholder feedback
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to team knowledge sharing

Required Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in Product Design / UX Design
• Strong experience designing AI-powered or data-driven products
• Hands-on experience with AI interaction patterns, prompt design, or LLM-based features
• Proven ability to design across mobile, desktop, and web platforms
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design and execution excellence
• Proficiency in Figma and working within established design systems
• Solid understanding of interaction design, usability, and accessibility standards
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
