Role Description

We are hiring a DAO Treasury Strategy Manager to support treasury strategy, digital asset management, and capital planning across cryptocurrency markets and decentralized ecosystems. This is a full-time, paid remote role based in Canada focused entirely on digital assets and crypto-native environments.

The role involves analyzing DAO treasury activity, token holdings, liquidity conditions, and how market behavior, governance activity, and on-chain capital flows influence treasury decisions. The ideal candidate is a crypto enthusiast who actively follows DeFi markets, DAO operations, blockchain protocols, and digital asset treasury strategy.

Responsibilities

Analyze DAO treasury activity, token holdings, liquidity conditions, and digital asset exposure

Monitor market sentiment, capital flows, token performance, and governance-related developments

Identify patterns across DAO operations, DeFi protocols, token ecosystems, and on-chain treasury behavior

Track on-chain activity including wallet movements, transaction flows, treasury allocation, and capital distribution

Support development of treasury strategy insights based on market trends and ecosystem fundamentals

Evaluate how market participants and governance communities react to proposals, news, events, and protocol updates

Prepare reports on DAO treasury strategy, risk exposure, sentiment shifts, and emerging opportunities

Collaborate with team members on treasury strategy, research, governance analysis, and digital asset initiatives

Qualifications

Strong passion for cryptocurrency, blockchain, Web3, DeFi, and DAO treasury strategy

Active engagement with crypto platforms, DeFi ecosystems, DAO communities, or Web3 governance forums

Understanding of treasury strategy, liquidity, token models, volatility, and capital flows within crypto markets

Familiarity with on-chain data, blockchain explorers, DAO governance tools, or crypto analytics platforms is a plus

Strong analytical and pattern-recognition skills

Good communication and organizational abilities

Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Compensation

Salary range: CA$115,000 - CA$130,000 per year depending on experience
