About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of cybersecurity projects, ensuring alignment to scope, timelines, and budget
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and resource allocation
• Coordinate across technical teams (engineering, SOC, analysts) and business stakeholders
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and managing expectations
• Track and report on project status, risks, issues, and dependencies
• Drive risk mitigation and issue resolution to keep projects on track
• Ensure quality and completeness of deliverables
• Support demand planning and prioritization across multiple concurrent projects
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across internal and external teams
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance delivery efficiency
• Conduct post-project reviews and capture lessons learned

Requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Computer Science, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in project management, delivery, or a similar role

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications an asset
• Strong understanding of SIEM platforms, including their role, functionality, operational requirements, and data ingestion and retention cost models
• Security+, CySA+, or vendor specific SIEM certifications an asset
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment
• Experience delivering cybersecurity or IT infrastructure projects
• Familiarity with delivering SIEM Platforms, XDR deployments
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business outcomes
