About the Role
Join CYBERWELL as a Project Manager, helping ensure the successful delivery of projects and services that help maintain the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our client’s security! Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of cybersecurity projects, ensuring alignment to scope, timelines, and budget
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and resource allocation
- Coordinate across technical teams (engineering, SOC, analysts) and business stakeholders
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and managing expectations
- Track and report on project status, risks, issues, and dependencies
- Drive risk mitigation and issue resolution to keep projects on track
- Ensure quality and completeness of deliverables
- Support demand planning and prioritization across multiple concurrent projects
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across internal and external teams
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance delivery efficiency
- Conduct post-project reviews and capture lessons learned
Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in project management, delivery, or a similar role
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications an asset
- Strong understanding of SIEM platforms, including their role, functionality, operational requirements, and data ingestion and retention cost models
- Security+, CySA+, or vendor specific SIEM certifications an asset
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment
- Experience delivering cybersecurity or IT infrastructure projects
- Familiarity with delivering SIEM Platforms, XDR deployments
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to translate technical concepts into business outcomes
