Application Support Engineer (Java & .NET )
📍 Location: Central, Singapore
💰 Salary: SGD 5,000 – SGD 6,000 per month (Commensurate based on experience)

Job Overview We are seeking an Application Support Engineer to support and maintain critical business systems. The role involves troubleshooting application issues, ensuring system stability, and working closely with cross-functional teams to enhance application performance and user experience.

The ideal candidate should be hands-on, analytical, and able to work independently while contributing to team discussions and solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse, troubleshoot, and resolve software/application issues to ensure optimal system performance
• Provide end-to-end application support across multiple business systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve system functionality and user experience
• Document issues, solutions, and best practices to build a knowledge base
• Stay updated with emerging technologies, tools, and application support practices
• Provide guidance and support to internal stakeholders and team members when required
• Participate actively in team discussions and problem-solving activities

Primary Skillsets

• Strong proficiency in Java programming
• Hands-on experience with .NET Core, .NET Framework, and Spring Boot
• Experience in Microsoft SQL Server and Entity Framework (Code-First approach)
• Exposure to Docker and AWS for application deployment and management
• Good understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and software testing practices
• Experience in Application Remediation (basic to intermediate level)
• Intermediate proficiency in JavaScript, .NET Core, and .NET Entity Framework
