Role Overview

The position will play a key role in supporting both talent acquisition and people operations across the organisation. This is a high-visibility role suited for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable balancing strategic exposure with hands-on execution.

The role will focus heavily on recruitment in the immediate term to support organisational growth, while also partnering closely with the HRBP on broader people initiatives, employee relations, HR operations and organisational development matters.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition (Core Focus)

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment across all levels, including leadership, corporate, operations and frontline hires
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and hiring priorities
  • Drive sourcing efforts through direct sourcing, referrals, job portals, LinkedIn and recruitment partners
  • Conduct candidate screening, interview coordination and offer management
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines to support ongoing business growth
  • Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Track recruitment metrics, hiring progress and manpower movement

People Operations & HR Generalist Support

  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including employment documentation and employee lifecycle management
  • Oversee monthly payroll coordination and ensure timely submission of payroll inputs
  • Support HR operations including leave administration, employee records, claims and HR documentation
  • Assist with work pass administration and HR compliance matters
  • Handle day-to-day employee queries and support employee relations matters, including grievances and disciplinary support where required
  • Support implementation and continuous improvement of HR policies, processes and systems

Strategic HR & Business Partnering Supporting

  • Work closely with the HRBP on workforce planning, organisational initiatives and people strategies
  • Support development and implementation of HR frameworks, policies and internal processes
  • Assist with performance management, employee engagement and culture-building initiatives
  • Support HR reporting, manpower planning and management presentations where required
  • Participate in HR projects and process improvement initiatives as the organisation scales

People & Culture

  • Support employee engagement and culture-building initiatives across the organisation
  • Partner with stakeholders to help foster a positive, collaborative and high-performing work environment
  • Support internal communication and employee experience initiatives that strengthen team connection and organisational culture

Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resource, Business or related discipline
  • Approximately 4-7 years of relevant HR experience in a fast-paced or growth environment
  • Strong recruitment experience across multiple functions and seniority levels
  • Exposure to payroll, employee relations and HR operations
  • Familiarity with Singapore Employment Act and MOM regulations
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
  • Resourceful, adaptable and able to work independently in a dynamic environment
  • Prior startup, healthcare or operations-heavy industry exposure will be advantageous
