Executive Assistant to Chief Executive Officer

Duties & Responsibilities -

• Supporting the CEO in analysing plant operations, inventory health, P&L and other aspects related to WCL, Pipes Division across all location.
• Creating templates and ensuring periodic circulation of various reports pertaining to plant operation to management.
• Planning and conducting meetings: Set Agenda for operations meetings, Drive MoMs points to closure, raise alarms, incase of delay / bottlenecks to ensure timely delivery of business goals. \Strategic Initiatives:
• Studying and analyse industry data, identify best industry practices and present thoughts for discussion.
• Challenge management thoughts with out of box ideas (wherever possible) to ensure robust business decision making.
• Being active team member and contribute in all operations related initiatives including performance and productivity improvement, cost reduction, etc.
• Analysing plant operations, inventory health, production planning and other aspects related to plant.
• Preparation and Reporting of various operational performances to the management.
• Studying and analyse industry data, identify best industry practices and present thoughts for discussion.
• Contribute in all operations related initiatives including performance and productivity improvement, cost reduction, etc.

Education - B.E / B.Tech.
