IT Support Engineer

Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Delivering comprehensive IT support to GetJet Airlines employees, ensuring seamless technology operations.
• Managing incoming service requests and incidents, providing efficient troubleshooting and resolution for hardware and software issues.
• Deploying and configuring computer systems, mobile devices, and related technology assets.
• Supporting and maintaining print services, meeting rooms and other essential equipment.
• Providing onsite IT support by traveling to remote workplaces, ensuring all employees have reliable technical assistance regardless of location.
  
  

We Expect You To Have

• Experience: Minimum 1-2 years in an IT support role or a related position (preferred).
• Education: Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (students currently pursuing these studies are also encouraged to apply).
• Technical Proficiency: Solid foundational knowledge of computer systems and operating systems, including MS Windows, iOS, iPadOS, and macOS.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written proficiency in English. Problem-Solving: Proven troubleshooting and analytical skills to address technical challenges effectively.
