Your new role
You will drive day-to-day HR operations, support key processes, and act as a reliable point of contact for employees and stakeholders.

As a pivotal member of their team, you will be entrusted with a range of responsibilities, including but not limited to:

Key responsibilities

• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including check-ins and exit interviews
  
• Act as first point of contact for employee queries
  
• Track and manage requisitions, contract renewals, and workforce data
  
• Support performance cycles, including reviews and talent assessments
  
• Maintain HR data, reports, and organisational charts
  
• Draft and manage job descriptions and HR communication templates
  
• Coordinate meetings, people reviews, and supervisor check-ins
  
• Ensure compliance and accuracy across HR processes
  

What you will need to succeed

• 3+ years' experience in HR
  
• Strong organisation and attention to detail
  
• Clear, confident communication skills
  
• Comfortable managing data and multiple priorities
  
• Experience with HR systems and Microsoft Office
  
• Able to handle sensitive information with discretion
  
• Collaborative and proactive approach
