Project Manager (Multi-Residential) – Brisbane – Up to $250,000 + Super

The Project Manager will take a lead role on a 12-storey multi-residential development in Brisbane, with a build value in excess of $50M and a programme of circa 2 years. This is a site-based role overseeing the full delivery lifecycle, working closely with the Site Manager and CA, and reporting into senior leadership. The project is a mid-rise apartment scheme, requiring strong coordination, programme management and commercial oversight to drive successful delivery.

• End-to-end delivery of a $50M+ multi-residential project
