Job Description

The Product Manager – Consumables owns the global portfolio of industrial radiography film and leads the transition toward digital solutions, including detector-based offerings enabling digital workflows.

The role is accountable for maximizing profitability through active management of pricing, product mix, supply-demand balance, and channel execution. It ensures operational continuity of the film business via strong supplier management (AGFA), while accelerating digital adoption and navigating industry consolidation.

As a Product Manager – Consumables, you will be responsible for:


  • Portfolio Ownership & Transition Strategy: Own and execute the global lifecycle and transition of the consumables portfolio from film to digital solutions, ensuring clear positioning and value creation.
  • Commercial Performance & Margin Optimization: Maximize profitability through pricing, product mix, and commercial levers that drive demand toward higher-margin digital offerings.
  • Film Production & Supplier Management (AGFA):Lead film production planning and manage the strategic AGFA partnership to ensure supply continuity, cost competitiveness, and operational excellence.
  • Channel Partner Management & Demand Planning: Drive disciplined channel behavior by optimizing inventory levels, enforcing structured ordering (incl. bulk and budget orders), and improving forecasting accuracy.
  • Industry Monitoring & Strategic Positioning: Monitor film market consolidation and lead strategic scenario planning to mitigate risks and secure long-term supply and cost position.
  • Demand Shaping & Market Transition: Actively steer customer conversion from film to digital through targeted commercial and portfolio actions.
  • Digital Consumables Innovation: Define and drive the development and market introduction of detector-based consumables enabling digital workflows.
  • Cross-functional Leadership: Align and lead cross-functional teams to execute portfolio strategy and deliver on commercial and transformation objectives.
  • Performance Management & Analytics: Track and optimize KPIs across revenue, margin, inventory, and forecast accuracy to continuously improve business performance.

To be successful in this role, you should have:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field/ MBA
  • Strong work experience in Product Management, Supply Chain Management with Oil and Gas or Manufacturing background
  • Proven experience in managing mature product lines and technology transitions.
  • Strong commercial acumen (pricing, margins, demand shaping).
  • Experience in supplier management and channel-driven business models.
  • candidate should have permanent work permit in US/ Europe
