Focus: LeSS Framework

As Senior Scrum Master (LeSS framework), you will:

• Coordinate multiple teams working on a shared backlog.
• Organize and facilitate refinements, sprint reviews, sprint planning.
• Support project reporting (scope, budget, deliverables, risks).
• Communicate project progress to stakeholders and prepare IT/steering committee meetings.
• Ensure correct application of LeSS principles.
• Identify dependencies and proactively manage risks.
• Guide teams through iterations, encourage self‑organization, and improve Agile practices.
• Facilitate discussions, decision‑making, and conflict resolution.
• Strengthen cooperation between stakeholders and optimize communication.
• Ensure compliance with Infrabel’s procedures.

🛠 Technical Skills Required

• Languages: Dutch & French (C1 advanced), English (B2 upper‑intermediate).

• Agile/LeSS Experience:
• Implementing LeSS (≥2 years).
• Change management in Agile Scrum (≥5 years).
• Coaching Agile/Lean organizations of ≥50 people (≥2 years).
• Training on LeSS adoption (≥2 years).
• Large‑scale IT projects (≥2 years).
• Agile/Scrum methodologies (≥10 years).

• Leadership: Managing teams >40 people (≥5 years).
• Tools: JIRA/Confluence, Miro (≥5 years).

• Certifications:
• Scrum Master
• LeSS Practitioner
• SAFe Scrum Master
• Agile Coach
• Agile Leadership
• Prosci Certified Change Practitioner
