Scrum Master

Knowledge of Dutch and French (C1: advanced proficiency);

Knowledge of English: understanding, writing, and reading (B2: upper-intermediate level);

Experience in the adoption of LeSS (Large Scale Scrum) (L2: minimum 2 years of experience);

Experience with change management processes in Agile Scrum software development (L3: minimum 5 years of experience);

Experience in coaching and mentoring Agile & Lean organizations of at least 50 people (L2: minimum 2 years of experience);

Experience in setting up and delivering formal and informal training sessions on LeSS adoption (L2: minimum 2 years of experience);

Experience with large-scale IT projects (L2: minimum 2 years of experience);

Knowledge and experience of Agile/Scrum methodologies (L4: minimum 10 years of experience);

Experience in managing a team of more than 40 people (L3: minimum 5 years of experience);

Knowledge and experience with JIRA/Confluence (L3: minimum 5 years of experience);

Knowledge and experience with Miro (L3: minimum 5 years of experience);

Certified Scrum Master (L3: minimum 5 years of experience);

Certified LeSS Practitioner (L3: minimum 5 years of experience);

Certified SAFe 5 Scrum Master (L3: minimum 5 years of experience);

Certified Agile Coach (L3: minimum 5 years of experience);

Certified Agile Leadership (L3: minimum 5 years of experience);

Prosci Certified Change Practitioner (L2: minimum 2 years of experience).
