Join our in-house brand team as a Junior Brand Designer and help bring our global brand to life across digital, web, social, and marketing channels. In this role, you’ll create clear, engaging, and high-quality visual assets that support our fast-moving teams and strengthen a consistent brand experience. You’ll collaborate closely with marketing, web, and product stakeholders, turning ideas and briefs into polished design work while growing your skills in a creative, supportive, and international environment.

Role overview

  • Design producer responsible for supporting day-to-day visual design needs across the brand.
  • Translate brand guidelines into clear, consistent, high-quality design outputs.
  • Work closely with marketing, web, product, and other internal stakeholders to deliver design assets quickly and reliably.
  • Part of a small in-house brand team, collaborating closely on maintaining and evolving the Aiven brand.
  • Able to manage own projects and prioritize tasks independently.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work cross-functionally with different stakeholders in marketing, web and product.
  • Clear communicator who can handle feedback and iterate quickly.

What You'll Do

  • Produce high-quality design assets for everyday brand needs, including:
    • Presentations
    • Social media graphics
    • Website visuals and animations
    • White papers and reports
    • Marketing and campaign materials
  • Translate ideas, briefs, and brand guidelines into clear visual outputs.
  • Deliver design work quickly while maintaining high quality and consistency.
  • Ensure all assets align with brand standards.

What We're Looking For:

  • Expert skills working with Figma or Adobe Creative Suite
  • Solid skills in motion design and animations (Experience with tools like LottieFiles, Rive, Jitter or After Effects)
  • Basic video editing skills
  • UI/UX skills are a plus
  • Fluent in English language
