In this role

• Maintaining the visual layout and technical stability of our public facing website and internal document repositories.
• Translating detailed, text based reports and memoranda into legible and accessible web formats that prioritize reading comprehension.
• Assisting with the technical implementation of typography and spacing for long form digital content.
• Conducting routine site audits to ensure all digital assets remain secure and performant across a range of devices.
• Collaborating with the advisory team to optimize how our clients interact with digital versions of our written analysis.
• Proposing structural improvements to site navigation that help users find historical records without unnecessary friction.
• Ensuring all digital modifications adhere to our firm's visual identity, which values restraint and clarity above all.
  
  

What we are looking for

• A foundational understanding of HTML and CSS with an interest in clean, functional code.
• A strong aesthetic sense regarding typography, line height, and white space in the context of reading.
• The ability to work within a defined set of brand constraints that prioritize function over decorative trends.
• A disciplined approach to testing work across different browsers to ensure a consistent experience for our clients.
• Clear communication skills, particularly the ability to explain technical limitations in plain language.
