DevOps Engineer

Role Purpose:

Operate and maintain our applications in the cloud and on customer on-premise systems. The

focus is on CI/CD processes, operational architecture, incident handling, and ensuring smooth

operation of our AI-powered services.

Education

● A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering,

Systems Engineering, or a related technical field.

Responsibilities

● Develop and operate CI/CD pipelines

● Operate and maintain our applications (cloud & on-premise)

● Design and improve our operational architecture

● Support incident analysis and troubleshooting

● Collaborate closely with software engineering and SRE

● Work on the operational backbone of our AI-driven systems

Must-Have Skills

● Kubernetes or OpenShift

● Programming: Python or TypeScript

● Docker

● Helm

● CI tools (Jenkins, Ansible, GitHub Actions)

● CD tools (ArgoCD)

● Monitoring and observability (Grafana Stack, OpenTelemetry)

Nice-to-Have Skills

● OpenTelemetry ecosystem: Tempo, Dynatrace, or Instana

● Databases: Postgres, MariaDB, Redis

● S3 or compatible storage

● Understanding of large language models (LLMs)

Soft Requirements

● Enthusiasm for operating a large, service-oriented application

● Ability to understand, analyze, and visualize complex systems
