Senior Software Engineer (Frontend) –

Location and working requirements: - Vilnius ( Hybrid if local or remote if over 90 minutes away from the offices, candidates must be located in Lithuania and have citizenship )

Salary: €65,000 – €75,000 + benefits

We’re working with a global technology company building complex, data-driven software products, and they’re looking to grow their frontend engineering team in Vilnius.

This is an opportunity to work on highly technical applications, where performance, scalability and user experience all play a key role.

We're looking for developers who:

• have a strong understanding of core programming fundamentals
• can think clearly and solve problems in a structured way
• are able to explain technical concepts simply and clearly

Tech Environment

• TypeScript / JavaScript
• Modern frontend frameworks (SolidJS currently used)
• Complex, data-heavy web applications
• Scalable, performance-focused systems

Note: experience with SolidJS is not required.

What you’ll be doing

• Building and improving complex frontend applications
• Working closely with engineers to design scalable solutions
• Handling large datasets and performance challenges
• Contributing to clean, maintainable and well-structured code
• Taking part in technical discussions and problem solving

What we're looking for

• Strong experience with JavaScript / TypeScript
• Experience building modern web applications (SPA)
• Good understanding of core programming concepts
• Ability to break down problems and explain solutions clearly
• Calm and structured approach to problem solving

Nice to have (but not essential)

• Experience with any modern frontend framework (Angular, React, Vue etc.)
• Understanding of performance optimisation techniques
• Experience working on data-heavy or complex systems
