About Desktronic
At Desktronic, we’re redefining how people work and live. We design and build ergonomic, innovative furniture and accessories that empower healthier, more productive workspaces. As we continue our rapid growth in the e-commerce space, we’re expanding our team with forward-thinking professionals who want to make an impact — not just do a job.
About the Role
You'll own the physical side of our brand — designing packaging (boxes, sleeves, inserts, labels) and user manuals that are clean, functional, and unmistakably Desktronic. From experimenting with packaging structures to preparing print-ready files, you'll take work from concept to production while collaborating closely with our product, marketing, and engineering teams.
What You'll Do
- Product Packaging Design: design boxes, sleeves, inserts, and labels that protect the product, tell our story, and give customers a great unboxing experience.
- User Manuals & Instructions: create clear, easy-to-follow manuals and instruction sheets with layouts and illustrations that help users understand the product at a glance — even without reading the text.
- Vector Illustration: produce clean, precise vector drawings and technical illustrations for packaging, manuals, and other product assets.
- Packaging Experimentation & Logic: try new packaging ideas and structures — think about how the box opens, how parts fit together inside, and how the whole experience works from the user's point of view.
- Brand Development: apply Brandbook principles so every package and manual feels unmistakably Desktronic.
- Print-Ready Delivery: prepare files for production (dielines, bleed, color management) and work with printers and suppliers to make sure the result looks perfect.
- Team Collaboration: work with product, marketing, and engineering teams so every package and manual supports the product and the brand.
What We're Looking For
- A sharp eye for detail — this is the most important thing. From typography to spacing to a clean vector line, small things matter to you.
- A portfolio with strong packaging and/or manual work — we want to see your sense of layout, typography, and illustration.
- 2+ years of graphic design experience, ideally with product packaging or technical documentation.
- Strong vector illustration skills — Adobe Illustrator is a must.
- Solid Adobe Photoshop and InDesign skills for layout and finishing.
- Experience preparing print-ready files (dielines, CMYK, bleed, color management).
- A curious mind that likes to experiment with packaging structures and concepts.
What We Offer
- Gross monthly salary starts from €3300 (open to discuss based on your competencies and experience).
- A creative, fast-moving environment where your work ships fast and the impact is measurable.
- Private health insurance and annual learning budget.
- A hybrid-friendly setup based in Vilnius.
