Product Manager – Luxauto

Automotive Marketplace / Classified Platform

We are looking for a Product Manager to join our Product & Tech team and help shape the future of Luxauto, Luxembourg’s leading automotive marketplace.

As Product Manager, you should be comfortable defining the “why” and the “what”, while working closely with others teams to ensure successful delivery and continuous iteration. You are business-oriented, user-centric, data-driven, and able to bring structure and clarity in a fast-moving environment.

We are looking for someone who combines strategic thinking, hands-on execution, automotive curiosity, AI-enabled productivity, and strong business impact orientation.

  • Define product requirements, user flows, business rules, technical expectations, and success metrics.

Roadmap Ownership & Prioritization

  • Prioritize the backlog based on business impact, user value, dealer value, technical constraints, and delivery capacity.

  • Make clear trade-offs to focus on high-value initiatives.

  • Define sprint objectives aligned with roadmap priorities and business goals.

  • Ensure product priorities are clearly understood by stakeholders.

Delivery & Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with Tech to ensure efficient, high-quality execution.

Stakeholder Management & Go-to-Market

  • Communicate roadmap, priorities, product decisions, and releases clearly to all stakeholders.

  • Ensure new products and features are properly packaged, communicated, adopted, and measured after release, in close collaboration with Sales, B2C Marketing, GTM, and Support teams.

Performance & Business Impact

  • Define and monitor KPIs such as conversion, leads, engagement, adoption, revenue impact, and dealer performance.

  • Use data, analytics, and qualitative feedback to guide product decisions and drive continuous iteration.

  • Build product usage loops that create recurring value for users, dealers, and the platform.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of Product Management experience, ideally within a marketplace, classified portal, automotive platform, lead-generation business, SaaS, e-commerce, or digital platform.

  • Strong interest in the automotive industry; previous automotive experience is a strong advantage.

  • Proven ability to translate business objectives into concrete product initiatives with measurable impact.

  • Comfortable working closely with Tech teams in an Agile environment.

  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to use data to support decisions.

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

  • Curious and pragmatic in using AI tools to increase productivity, improve product thinking, and identify relevant opportunities.

  • Fluent in English; French is a strong plus.

Why You’ll Love This Role

  • Play a key role in the evolution of a well-established classified platform in a changing automotive market.

  • Be part of a human-sized company where your work has direct and visible impact, with some regular fun events to connect with colleages

  • Join an AI-enabled company transforming the product function through smarter, faster, and more impactful ways of working.

  • Competitive salary and benefits package

Recruitment Process

  • Application collection: until May 22nd

  • HR interviews: week of May 25th

  • Business case interviews with the Head of Product : week of June 1st
