Senior Product Manager - Tech, Invoice by Amazon

This role can be based in Luxembourg, London, Milan or Barcelona.

We are seeking an exceptional Technical Product Manager with robust technical expertise to take ownership of our EU-wide product suite within our rapidly scaling $35B global B2B business - a dynamic opportunity at the forefront of enterprise innovation.

In this pivotal role, you will own the strategic 3Y roadmap for Invoice by Amazon (IBA) to drive business growth while ensuring that we comply with local EU regulations. IBA serves at the backbone of growth for our B2B business, offering customers a single-supplier solution.

The roadmap touches significant aspects of the product lifecycle - broad architectural changes, new product launches and spearheading AI-first initiatives. You will directly own and drive IBA towards our north-star vision, working directly with the tech teams.

Success in this position requires building influential partnerships across the Amazon Business organization and establishing strong collaborative relationships with multiple engineering teams to drive exceptional outcomes at scale.

The role is high-visibility with exposure to multiple VPs and Directors across different organizations.

Key job responsibilities

  • Own the vision and product roadmap to streamline and simplify the EU compliance needs for Invoice By Amazon program (IBA), our single supplier solution
  • Help drive the the multi-year charter for our Invoice By Amazon product portfolio and develop innovative compliance solution.
  • Work with in-country product, business, sales, customer service, tax and legal teams to understand country-specific customer and regulatory requirements
  • Identify and work closely with a set of key customers that help us define the right experiences
  • Engage with adjacent global Amazon Business product teams to understand global product roadmaps and interdependencies
  • Collaborate with various Amazon Business and partner tech teams to build the solution
  • Work with local marketing and sales teams to launch the product

Who are we? We are a new team in marketplace, born in 2018. We started our journey with a team of 15 individuals which has now grown to 300+ team members in 6 regions. Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
  • Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
  • Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning
  • Experience in technical product management, program management or engineering
  • Experience owning feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
  • Experience with end to end product delivery
  • Experience bridging technical and business teams to collect and refine requirements, prioritize incoming work requests, and ensure all committed work is delivered on time

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field
  • Experience performing statistical analysis of data using SQL, Excel and other tools
