AI Engineer F/M/X

Job Description

We are looking for an AI Engineer to join an advanced engineering team working on autonomous aerial and robotics systems in Luxembourg. You will work on the development of machine learning models and perception systems that enable autonomous platforms to understand complex environments in real time.

What You Will Do

• Develop and improve AI models for object detection, classification, tracking, and scene understanding.
• Train and evaluate deep learning models (YOLO, RT-DETR, and similar architectures).
• Improve model performance when working with limited or highly specific datasets.
• Build multi-task models that combine detection, segmentation, and tracking.
• Develop tracking components that can be integrated into larger perception systems.
• Help build and maintain training pipelines on GPU-based infrastructure.
• Track experiments, datasets, and model versions using standard ML tools.
• Support CI/CD processes for model testing and deployment.
• Ensure reproducibility of experiments and training results.
• Contribute to the maintenance of multi-GPU training environments.
  
  
  

Required Profile

• Master’s or PhD in Machine Learning, Computer Science, Mathematics, Robotics, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in AI / computer vision model development.
• Strong experience in building and training deep learning models for real-world applications.
• Solid knowledge of object detection, segmentation, and tracking methods.
• Strong proficiency in Python and PyTorch.
• Experience with model optimization and deployment (ONNX, TensorRT, quantization).
• Experience with experiment tracking and ML workflows (MLOps tools).
• Good understanding of data pipelines and dataset management.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to work on complex technical systems.
• English proficiency required (written and spoken).
