- Hands-on experience in test preparation, test execution, defect management, and test reporting.
- TMAP and/or ISTQB certification will be considered an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in cross-functional, multidisciplinary teams.
- Interest and exposure to test automation practices and tools.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the banking domain.
