Junior Back-End Developer

We're looking for a Junior Back-End Developer to join a small, high-performing team of 3–4 engineers and help us build the backend infrastructure that powers everything we do.

You'll play a key role in developing and deploying scalable API systems, designing and optimising databases, and contributing to real-time, high-frequency data flows. This isn't a role where you'll spend months watching from the sidelines — you'll have real ownership and real impact from the start.

What You'll Be Working On

• Building robust, scalable API infrastructure
• Database design, optimisation and ongoing management
• Working on distributed systems with real-time execution requirements
• Collaborating closely with a tight-knit engineering team
  
  

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of backend development experience
• Mandatory: SQL, Node.js / TypeScript and API frameworks
• Experience with Git, GitHub or GitLab
• Experience in Rust or Python is a strong plus
• Trading or finance background is a bonus
