Cyber Security Senior Officer (Lisbon or Porto)

🚀 We’re Hiring | Cyber Security Senior Officer

Our client is looking for a Cyber Security professional to join an international environment and contribute to the identification, assessment, and management of Cyber Security Risks across multiple strategic initiatives.

This role combines cybersecurity governance, security architecture, risk analysis, and advisory responsibilities, with a strong focus on cloud-based solutions and compliance with corporate security standards.

📍 Location: Lisbon or Porto

💼 Main Responsibilities

✔ Identify and manage Cyber Security Risks across multiple IT contexts

✔ Ensure compliance with corporate Cyber Security and Risk Management policies

✔ Provide security advisory to IT and business stakeholders

✔ Review security deliverables from IT Security Analysts within the project portfolio

✔ Participate in Cybersecurity projects by evaluating risks and defining security solutions, tools, and processes

✔ Perform in-depth analysis of complex security scenarios, especially cloud-based architectures

✔ Contribute to continuous improvement of security processes and practices

✔ Work with AI-driven approaches as a facilitator for security operations and analysis

🛠 Technical Skills

🔹 Strong knowledge of IT Security standards:

• ISO/IEC 27000 Series

• ISO 27005

• ISO 31000

🔹 Good understanding of application and technology architecture

🔹 Knowledge of cloud-based architectures

🔹 Understanding of investment banking and financial services environments

🔹 Academic background in IT or related field (mandatory)

🌍 Languages

English — Mastery

French — Basic/Notions
