Product Manager (50K€ - 70K€)

We're looking for a proactive Product Manager to own and build Property Management tools end-to-end for one of our clients. This role involves designing, developing, and delivering solutions that digitalize and transform real estate asset management, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.

🎯 Responsibilities

• Own the entire product lifecycle: ideation, prototyping, production, and iteration
• Lead product discovery through experimentation and rapid prototyping of AI-driven solutions
• Design, develop, and deploy scalable web and backend features with focus on speed and quality
• Integrate LLMs, automation, and data-driven systems to enhance property management workflows
• Design robust systems and architectures, making practical technical decisions for scalability and maintainability
• Monitor, iterate, and improve product effectiveness based on data and feedback
• Deeply understand user workflows to build tools that simplify and improve their experience

🛠️ Requirements

• 3+ years’ experience as a software engineer, product engineer, product manager, or similar role, ideally in fast-growth or product-driven environments
• Strong full-stack engineering skills; able to independently build and ship production-ready code
• Experience with AI, such as LLMs, APIs, automation workflows, or data-driven systems
• Product mindset: focus on solving real user problems and delivering impact
• Solid understanding of system design and software architecture; able to make pragmatic trade-offs
• Comfort with data-driven approaches, impact measurement, and running experiments
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills with cross-functional teams
• Fluent in Spanish and at least intermediate English proficiency
• Experience in remote, multicultural, and fast-paced environments is a plus
• Expertise in process optimization and low-code/no-code tools for rapid MVP building and workflow automation
