Senior Product Management Expert with a mission to transition our Gapp team into a truly product-driven organization. You will be the architect of a culture shift—moving from a feature-factory roadmap to one defined by outcomes and value.

Your mission objectives:

• Product Coaching: Support the team in connecting high-level Product Strategy with tangible OKRs.
• Discovery & Experimentation: Ignite an experimental culture by providing the tools and methodologies to identify user problems and test hypotheses.
• Roadmap Evolution: Shift the team toward a value-driven roadmap, helping define a clear ownership model and embedding a data-driven culture.
• Monetization & UX: Support the strengthening of monetization strategies (ARPU, conversion) while ensuring user journeys remain intuitive and effective.
• Stakeholder Management: Empower Product Managers to navigate stakeholder demands with data-backed evidence.

Required technical skills:

• Proven Expertise: Significant experience as a Product Strategist or Product Coach in complex environments.
• Discovery Mastery: Expert knowledge of modern product discovery, prioritization, and experimentation practices.
• Data Fluency: Strong ability to define and track clear metrics (Retention, Conversion, ARPU).
• Language: Fluent in English.
