- Build strong partnerships with business and digital leaders to align priorities and accelerate AI adoption.
- Strengthen organizational capabilities through targeted learning, clear messaging, and a strong data‑driven mindset.
- Drive change with confidence by guiding stakeholders through transformation and ensuring responsible adoption of new solutions.
- Inspire, develop, and grow high‑performing Data, Analytics, and AI teams aligned behind a shared vision.
- Master’s degree in computer science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CAIP, advanced AI/ML certifications) highly valued.
- Minimum 15+ years of experience in roles related to business process management or program implementation in the manufacturing industry.
- Effective communication skills with a proven ability to engage diverse stakeholders at all levels, fostering a collaborative environment to drive initiatives.
- Demonstrated competence in influencing and motivating teams to adopt new processes, reduce resistance, and achieve successful transitions to globally harmonized practices.
- Deep understanding of data, analytics, AI/GenAI technologies, machine learning and analytics platforms.
- Strong analytical skills to tackle complex data and/or AI challenges.
- Awareness of ethical considerations in AI development and deployment.
- Ability to bridge strategy, governance, and execution.
