The company focuses on providing advanced distributed energy, energy storage products, and smart energy management solutions for households and industrial/commercial enterprises.

Job Description:

To ensure growth in the Dutch market, we are looking for a Product Manager to align our product portfolio with the target market:

1. Technical & Sales Support

• Support the sales team during customer meetings and technical presentations

• Analyze customer technical requirements (installers, distributors, EPCs, industrial clients)

• Propose suitable inverter and energy storage solutions for residential, commercial and industrial applications

2. System Design & Sizing

• Perform photovoltaic and energy storage system sizing

• Define system architectures (string inverters, hybrid systems, AC/DC coupled storage)

• Ensure technical consistency of proposed solutions with grid requirements and applicable regulations in the Netherlands

3. Technical Proposals & Tenders

• Prepare technical proposals and respond to tenders and RFQs

• Develop technical documentation including system descriptions, calculations and schematic diagrams

• Review customer specifications and technical requirements

4. Internal Interface & Market Feedback

• Work closely with product, R&D and marketing teams

• Collect and share market feedback and customer requirements

• Monitor market trends and competitive solutions

Personal Profile:

• Team player with strong communication skills

• Highly motivated, self-driven

• Open for a fast-developing working environment

• Based in the Netherlands

• International experience, preferably in Asia, is beneficial

Professional Skills:

• Higher education with bachelor’s degree or higher

• Background in electrical / electronic engineering

• 2–5 years of professional experience in industry

• Strong technical understanding and ability to explain technical concepts

• Background in agile work or requirements engineering is beneficial

• Technical background in photovoltaics/grid connection is a plus

• Willing and able to travel as needed

Language Skills:

• Professional English and Dutch are mandatory
