Information Technology Specialist

ORFİN Finansman A.Ş. is the exclusive Captive Finance company of Renault Group in Türkiye that provides credit and insurance solutions to our market leader brands and dealers.

We are looking for a passionate team member to our IT as IT Specialist that will report to IT Manager.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and support software needs, including change requests and user testing processes,
• Coordinate with vendors on software development, integration, and infrastructure needs,
• Identify hardware and network requirements and ensure secure, stable operations,
• Monitor system-generated logs and perform necessary technical analyses,
• Ensure all IT activities comply with legal requirements, internal procedures, and quality standards,
• Prepare accurate and timely reports; maintain confidentiality of system access credentials and client information,
• Participate in relevant trainings and suggest improvements for IT processes and customer satisfaction,
• Handle IT-related customer feedback and ensure efficient resolution aligned with company service quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from relevant departments of universities, (e.g. Computer Engineering, Information Technologies)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the field of Information Technologies,
• Knowledge and experience in System Analysis, Testing, DB Query and Webservices (SOAP, REST)
• Knowledge and experience in Backend Software Development
• Strong sense of responsibility and a team-oriented mindset,
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills,
• Solution-focused with attention to detail,
• Strong interpersonal skills and customer-oriented approach.
