DevOps Engineer (Hybrid)

Job Description

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to design, develop, and maintain continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) pipelines while supporting the development and deployment of enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with automation, containerization, and cloud-based environments, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and reliability across our software delivery processes.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain CI/CD pipelines ensuring alignment with project timelines and quality standards.
Manage source control systems using Git and implement effective branching strategies.
Collaborate with development, QA, and infrastructure teams to streamline build, release, and deployment processes.
Integrate and maintain tools such as Jira, BitBucket, Confluence, Artifactory, SonarQube, and Fortify.
Support and troubleshoot issues in Linux and Windows environments.
Develop and manage containerized applications and orchestration platforms (preferably OpenShift).
Implement and maintain GitOps and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices (preferably using Terraform).
Collaborate on Configuration Management, Release Management, and database deployment processes.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system performance and delivery efficiency.
Prepare and present regular progress and risk reports to stakeholders.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a DevOps or related role.
Strong understanding of CI/CD principles, automation, and cloud environments.
Experience with OpenShift, Docker, or other container orchestration platforms.
Working knowledge of Linux and Windows Server environments.
Familiarity with web servers (IIS, Apache, Nginx, HAProxy) and client-server architectures.
Experience with IaC tools (Terraform preferred).
Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
