Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Designer based in Vadi İstanbul.

The Senior Designer will lead the visual and product design direction of Senkron.ai’s digital platforms, AI products, and brand experiences. The role involves collaborating closely with product, AI, marketing, and engineering teams to create intuitive, modern, and scalable user experiences across web platforms, AI interfaces, dashboards, and omnichannel communication products.

Daily responsibilities include designing high-quality user interfaces, developing design systems, creating wireframes and prototypes, refining brand identity assets, and contributing to product strategy through user-centered design thinking. The Senior Designer will also mentor design processes and ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints.

Qualifications

• Experience in AI, SaaS, healthcare technology, or startup environments
• Strong expertise in Product Design, UX/UI Design, Graphic Design, and Visual Communication
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or similar design tools
• Experience designing dashboards, SaaS platforms, mobile-first interfaces
• Strong understanding of branding, typography, motion, and digital storytelling
• Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups
• Experience building and maintaining scalable design systems
• Understanding of modern UX principles, accessibility, and responsive design
• Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills
• Ability to work in a fast-moving startup environment and adapt to evolving priorities
