Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruitment Specialist to join SANY's Turkey team. You will be a key member of our HR function, focusing on attracting, recruiting, and retaining top talent in the mechanical engineering and manufacturing sectors to support our business expansion in Turkey and the surrounding region. Key Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned vacancies, including job posting, CV screening, interview scheduling, and offer management, ensuring timely fulfillment of staffing needs across departments.
- Talent Sourcing for the Industry: Proactively source candidates in the mechanical manufacturing, engineering, heavy machinery, and automation sectors. Utilize various channels (job portals, social media like LinkedIn, industry networks, employee referrals) to build and maintain a robust talent pipeline.
- Candidate Assessment: Conduct professional phone screenings and in-person interviews to evaluate candidates' technical competencies, industry experience, cultural fit, and career aspirations.
- Business Partnership: Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their team dynamics, technical requirements, and team culture, providing expert recruitment advice and strategies.
- Candidate Experience & Employer Branding: Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Act as an ambassador for SANY's employer brand.
- Recruitment Analytics: Track and analyze recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, source effectiveness, offer acceptance rate). Prepare regular reports and suggest improvements for the recruitment process.
- HR Project Support: Assist in executing HR projects such as campus recruitment events, employer branding initiatives, and other related programs.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Essential Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of dedicated recruitment experience, specifically within the mechanical, heavy industry, manufacturing, or related industrial sectors. Familiarity with technical roles such as Mechanical Engineers, Production Supervisors, Technicians, and Service Engineers is required.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in English (both written and spoken) is a must, capable of using English as a working language for communication, email correspondence, and documentation. Knowledge of Chinese or Turkish is a strong plus.
- Core Competencies:
- Proficient in using major recruitment channels and social media recruiting tools (e.g., LinkedIn, Kariyer.net).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong result-orientation with the ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously without compromising quality.
- Good judgment, ability to maintain confidentiality, and high professional integrity.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
