Treasury Specialist

As we continue to expand our institutional business, we are seeking an experienced Treasury Specialist to develop and manage relationships with professional traders, algorithmic trading firms, and high-frequency market participants.

What Responsibilities Treasury Specialist Takes?

• Manage daily cash flow and liquidity positions.
• Execute and monitor global banking and payment operations.
• Manage crypto assets (wallets, transfers, fiat on/off ramps).
• Monitor FX, liquidity, and market risks; support basic hedging activities.
• Prepare short- and mid-term cash flow forecasts.
• Produce regular treasury reports and provide insights to management.
• Maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions.

What BtcTurk | Global Expects from You?

• 2–3 years of experience in treasury, banking operations, or finance.
• Solid understanding of cash management, payment systems, and banking processes.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of crypto assets and the blockchain ecosystem.
• Fluency in English (for global communication).
• Strong Excel and financial analysis skills.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a sense of ownership.
• Preferably, experience with international transactions and multi-currency structures.
