Development Intern - UAEN

The Development Intern will support the Development team in planning, design coordination, and execution of real estate development projects and will gain exposure to architectural planning, consultant coordination, and development processes across mixed-use and destination projects.

Roles, Responsibilities, Duties

• Support the Development team with project coordination activities

• Assist in reviewing architectural drawings, layouts, and presentations

• Conduct research on design trends, benchmark projects, and market insights

• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and meeting materials

• Coordinate with consultants and internal stakeholders where required

• Support feasibility studies and concept development activities

• Organise project documentation and maintain project records

• Participate in project meetings and site visits when applicable

• Assist in tracking project timelines, deliverables, and development milestones

• Support preparation of concept design and development presentations

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, Urban Planning, Real Estate Development, or related field (ongoing or recently completed)

Experience and Competencies:

Experience

• Internship or academic project experience within architecture or development is an advantage

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Attention to detail

• Teamwork and collaboration

• Basic understanding of architectural and development processes

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

• Knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp is preferred
