The International Assistant Project Manager will report to the International Client Director and join the International Project Management team.

YOUR MISSION:

You will be responsible for assisting the project team in the following:

• Project Management: Assist with influencer casting, outreach, follow-ups, negotiation, contracting, briefing, content monitoring, and reporting
• Creative & Strategy: Contribute to benchmarks, digital trends, competitor analysis, and the development of influencer guidelines, with a strong understanding of regional nuances
• On-Ground Management: Support the hosting of influencers in Abu Dhabi, ensuring a seamless experience that reflects Abu Dhabi’s values, culture, and renowned hospitality
• Internal Coordination: Maintain clear and structured reporting within the team to ensure smooth project flow

WORK EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION

• Ideally, you have initial experience working with social media and/or influencers
• Strong interest in travel, tourism, and hospitality, particularly within the UAE/GCC
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Previous exposure to project management is a plus
• Arabic Native speaker, and fluent in English. Additional languages are a plus
• Comfortable working in an international environment and collaborating within diverse teams
• Proficiency in Google Suite is a plus

THE OPPORTUNITY

• 6-month internship contract
• AED 4,000 per month (full-time)
• Hybrid setup: in-office and on-ground 4 days a week (Monday–Thursday), remote on Friday

المهام الرئيسية

ستكون مسؤولاً عن دعم فريق المشاريع في الجوانب التالية:

• إدارة المشاريع: المساعدة في اختيار المؤثرين، التواصل معهم، المتابعة، التفاوض، التعاقد، إعداد التوجيهات، متابعة المحتوى، وإعداد التقارير
• الإبداع والاستراتيجية: المساهمة في إعداد الدراسات المرجعية، متابعة التوجهات الرقمية، تحليل المنافسين، وتطوير إرشادات العمل مع المؤثرين، مع فهم جيد للسوق المحلي
• إدارة العمليات على أرض الواقع: دعم استضافة المؤثرين في أبوظبي، وضمان تقديم تجربة متكاملة تعكس قيم وثقافة أبوظبي وكرم ضيافتها
• التنسيق الداخلي: ضمان وضوح وتنظيم التقارير والتواصل داخل الفريق لضمان سير العمل بسلاسة

المؤهلات والخبرة

• يفضل وجود خبرة مبدئية في العمل مع وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي و/أو المؤثرين
• اهتمام بمجال السفر والسياحة والضيافة، خصوصاً في دولة الإمارات والخليج
• طالب/ـة أو خريج/ـة في تخصص التسويق أو الاتصال أو مجال ذي صلة (بكالوريوس أو ماجستير)
• خبرة سابقة في إدارة المشاريع تعتبر ميزة إضافية
• اللغة العربية (لغة أم) مع إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية، وأي لغات إضافية تعتبر ميزة
• القدرة على العمل ضمن بيئة دولية والتعاون مع فرق متعددة الثقافات
• إجادة استخدام Google Suite تعتبر ميزة إضافية

تفاصيل الفرصة

• مقر العمل: أبوظبي، الإمارات
• مدة التدريب: 6 أشهر
• الراتب: 4,000 درهم شهرياً (دوام كامل)
• نظام العمل: حضور في المكتب وعلى أرض الواقع 4 أيام في الأسبوع (الإثنين إلى الخميس)، والعمل عن بُعد يوم الجمعة
