We are seeking an Engineer Multidiscipline who will be responsible for support in execution of engineering processes/activities (design, implementation, maintenance, etc.) within technical area of expertise by using reliable and cost effective technical solutions, ensuring technical quality to enable the overall site / project objectives in accordance with the law, internal regulations, Good Practices and business objectives.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Engineering support to production in system improvements, diagnosing problems and designing preventive equipment maintenance.
• Technical / engineering change management: Preparing, validating and closing change requests.
• Management or participation in projects aimed at upgrading equipment (eg, productivity, reliability of equipment operation). Independent implementation of minor changes and preparation of technical solutions for them.
• Support in internal and external audits and independent management and resolution of deviation investigations on equipment and systems.
• Performing FMEA and defining the type of maintenance for each equipment, according to the criticality of the equipment (HML).
• Establishing a maintenance system for new equipment (including necessary spare parts).
• Development of test specifications for startups and qualifications on investment projects. Preparation and execution of DQ, IQ and OQ protocols and reports.
• Implementation of startups, FAT / SAT / qualifications / validations. Conducting GMP risk assessments (including SRA). Addressing deficiencies during PQ and validation.
• Preparation/maintenance/confirmation of technical documentation (protocols, drawings, lists, plans, schemes, floor plans, calculations, data sheets...) and approval of drawings, lists, timetables, schemes, floor plans, calculations/calculations and data sheets for projects.
  
  

What You Will Bring To The Role

• Higher education in a technical field (Dipl. Ing. / M. Sc. / B. Sc.) (preferably Electrical engineering, Mechatronics, Mechanical engineering, etc.).
• Minimum of 1 year of work experience in an engineering or manufacturing environment.
• Fluency in English and knowledge of the local language.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office tools.

We offer temporary (1 year) employment, with a 6-month probation period, with the possibility of extension.
